RoHS-Compliant Power Resistors Ideal for Power Supplies

These three series of RoHS-compliant power resistors from Ohmite are ideal for power supplies along with a range of other applications. Learn about the unique characteristics of these three resistor series below:

KDV Series

Ohmite’s KDV Series is a metal film, low-resistance chip resistor that is available in three standard sizes (0603, 0805, and 1206). The KDV Series is halogen and lead-free and provides long-term stability, high precision current sensing, and a high power capability. It is the perfect fit for numerous applications, including computers, measuring instruments, and battery management systems.

TGHD Series

Looking for a great non-inductive high-power resistor option for applications like harmonic filters, surge protection, dummy loads, and high-frequency amplifiers? Ohmite’s TGHD Series features flat type, 100W high power resistors that require an air-cooled heatsink or water-cooling to reach peak performance. These resistors are offered either with quick connect tabs or flywire leads.

FK/GK Series

Ohmite’s FK/GK Series is a low-resistance, 4-terminal element resistor with a power rating up to 5W. This product offers excellent long-term stability and is ideal for mounting on DCB/IMS substrates. The FK/GK Series is highly recommended for frequency converters, power modules, automatic control power supply, and more.
