Passive and Electromechanical Components for the Automotive industry
Resistor products are available that are specifically designed for use in various off-highway and military ground vehicle applications, such as dynamic braking, custom controls, lighting, and high-power applications. We also offer a range of power resistors that are designed to withstand harsh environments and extreme temperatures.
Our lines cover inductors, chokes, and coils that are specifically designed for use in power electronics, filtering, energy storage, and magnetic field generation in a variety of automotive applications, including battery management systems, electric and hybrid vehicle powertrains, and other high-performance automotive systems.
Our capacitor products are designed and manufactured to meet the rigorous standards of the automotive industry, ensuring reliable performance. Our range includes AC, high pulse, snubber, and ultracapacitors, providing reliable energy storage and discharge for critical automotive systems.
Automotive relays come in assorted ratings and applications for remote control switching. We offer a wide range of class-leading plug-in automotive relays in industry-standard “ISO” footprints. They are excellent for low voltage DC switching and have many other applications.

Circuit Protection
Circuit breakers: we have a range of thermal and hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers to meet the requirements of the automotive industry. These circuit breakers are designed to provide reliable and safe protection in the harsh operating environments of automotive applications.
This surface mount fuse is a good example of an offering for a fuse used for application such as battery management systems. Suitable for pulse-shaped continuous currents. We also supply fuse clips such heavy duty fuse clips with very low contact resistance; suited to wallboxes.
Thermistors, thermostats, and thermal cut-offs can sense and control temperature in a variety of applications.
Automotive Interconnect Solutions
Both Type 1 and Type 2 plugs are available to meet multiple EV charging needs. Equipped with cable lengths of 3 and 5 meters, vehicles can be charged from a variety of distances. In addition, these EV chargers are TUV safety approved.
These SMB based automotive-grade FAKRA connectors can operate up to 6 GHz. These connectors are embedded within a special color-code plastic housing that contain a locking feature with an audible clicking noise which confirms the connection. Standard, High Speed Data (HSD) and Mini styles.
Automotive connectors and headers are manufactured in a TS-16940 (IATF) certified facility and are state of the art solutions to connect a variety of automotive applications.

Flexible printed circuits (FPCs) are thin, lightweight, and can be customized to fit into almost any space, making them ideal for use in cars and other vehicles. FPCs are commonly used in applications such as airbag systems, dashboard displays, sensors, and control modules, as well as in lighting and entertainment systems
Screw-machined board-to-board connectors provide secure and stable connections between electronic components on a printed circuit board, making them suited to automotive applications where reliable, high-performance interconnect solutions are critical, especially in cases where vibration and shock resistance are important.

Power Solutions for Automotive Applications
This system for a motor home used a service battery, charger, inverter, and battery monitor to provide basic power needs for 12V lighting, radio/TV/DVD, a satellite dish, and a few 230V devices such as a laptop, electric toothbrush, and mobile phone charger. Products such as these are appliable for many specialty vehicles, e.g. mobile command units.
Filters such as this 1-stage filter for a 3-phase system can be used for applications such as fast charging stations. Our offering of compact, high-performance filters that are designed to provide electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression in a range of applications.
