You asked, we delivered! The Ohmite TWM/TWW series radial terminal power resistors has officially been extended with two new packages for each element type! This product extension now offers packages with wattage ratings of 15 and 20 while also providing up to 750V of voltage handling. These packages respectively carry a resistance range from as low as 0.1Ω up to 200,000 ohms and are recommended for commercial applications looking for an economical option.
PCS Series
Available in three sizes (1206, 2512, and 2728) the new PCS Series from Ohmite is the perfect selection when dealing with high precision, current sensing, and voltage divisions. This chip resistor, which has AEC-Q200 qualified part numbers available, offers users low TCR to ±50ppm and low resistance values to 0.50mΩ.
ARCOL HS400-600
ARCOL recently released a series extension for its popular HS Series aluminum housed resistors. The new sizes are capable of power dissipation from 400 watts to 600 watts (when properly heatsinked). Each new size comes with wired leads, keeping the input voltage source away from the mounted chassis and resistor body.
